He was efficent, friendly, honest and skilled. After he left, he called about an hour later because he thought of something else that would help prevent any future problems. It wasn’t a pressured salesman call but a real honest "I just forgot to tell you" call. His name is Nathan Creech and we will definitely remember to call him if we need a plumber again.

A member of the Brown family called Mr. Rooter of Ventura, California. The family was in a panic because their kitten had fallen down an open pipe. They could hear the kitten but could not see her. Technicians Chris and Don were dispatched to the customers' home. They looked over the situation and located the kitten using their camera. They dug up the line and rescued little "Josie."

Later, the Brown family sent a card to Chris and Don and everyone at Mr. Rooter of Ventura. The card read:
